I want to share my personal experience with Thermal Grizzly - I ordered PTM and Duronaut from them and I had some issues with my cooler mount, so the whole PTM got messed up and became an uneven layer. I emailed their support team and they answered me really, really quickly, I told them the situation and they kindly agreed to send me a new replacement. I am very glad I bought directly from them and am very happy with it, thank you very much!
I have written a ton of emails to TG about thermal padding and issues I was having using a Samsung SSD, the motherboard wanted you to use 1.25 mm pads, but they are hard to find. I tried the 1.5 and it made it very hard to close and latch the heatsink down into place. After many more emails TG suggested a 1mm due to the fact that the SSD I was using was thicker than others, therefore making it difficult to close down the heatsink. The 1mm worked, it was a snug fit but it latched into place and is working fine and maintaining a healthy temperature. Thanks for listening TG and for your wonderful support.

I had questions about delidding my cpu and not only did they answer each question I had they sent me the parts and links to how to videos.
