It's my first time ordering from thermal master, I work as a plumber for over 8 years and thermal camera is essential in my daily work, I used to work with a Fluke Tis25+ which broke 2 months ago. I checked many brands like Topdon and Goyojo and finally choosed the Thor 002 cause I like its big screen.
I have to say the package indeed comes really slow, also I noticed in eevblog said the temperature measurement seems not good, but in my daily work I just need to know where is unusual so till now it works pretty good
2 issues occurred, first it takes a little longer for the package to get to me, around 3 weeks I think, but their support replied very fast. second is I ordered the Thor 001 wiith the bottle but first only get the thermal camera without the gift, they replied its separate package and I don't know why
the items is pretty good, but I think if personal use like home inspection , Thor 002 is a better choice
ordered 2 untis from the website, one P3 and one Thor001, first package took around 12 days to arrive, second package takes longer around 20 days, so I sent an email to check the status of my package, it took around 2-3 days I got their reply said cause of the black friday sale...
By the way, products is pretty good with the price
Conclusion: with $399 the price, it's almost the best standalone devices you can find
advantages: 1.Screen pretty big 2.±1.5℃ accuracy 3.laser targeting
disadvantages: too big,macrolens $200 more
I ordered a Thor002 2 months ago, package delayed for around 2 weeks cause of the sales maybe, they offered one more year warranty and I think its acceptable
For the products itself, I think its better than the Flir I used for almost 10 years, I mainly use it for home inspection and I think it's enough for work

In 2024 I ordered a P2pro, they call it the world smallest thermal camera which attracted me, items pretty good, but I burned it with sunshine in one month , so I tried to contact their aftersale service to see if I can pay to change one but no reply till now
Last year my elder Flir one broke either for its garbage battery so I have to buy a new one, compared with Flir Edge Pro, topdon TC002duo, Mileseey TR10, TOOLTOP ET692C and Thermal Master P3, I finally chosed the last one, I was concerned for another bad experience but this time seems everything works fine, a little problem for connecting with my iphone 16 but this time they replied within 24hours and sloved my problems perfectly
I bought a thor 002. They have 30days money back guarantee. I contacted them several times to send my item back. They asked me questions first then I was told they will send return label and then they never came back to me again. Once I was even messaged that they are going to send the label "tomorrow". I thought why not today. It was very strange and after that they never answered.

This demonstrates a shocking disregard for customer satisfaction and basic consumer protection.Thermalmaster’s behavior, from their initial unhelpful email to their ongoing efforts to avoid refunding a stolen item, showcases truly terrible customer service. I cannot recommend purchasing from a company that will fight its customers rather than support them in a theft situation.
After ordering a P3 camera I was sent a previously opened package/ return item with the product & parts of the accessories missing.Attempts to contact them in 3 seperate instances, via different mailing addresses were completely ignored.Their support system is non-existant & how this company is allowed to continue to operate is beyond me
