I ordered some shoes from Sole Supplier recently and I couldn’t fault the product or customer service. I had issues tracking my shoes and Caitlin was really helpful, giving me regular updates and checking that there were no further issues when my package did arrive. I would definitely recommend them and will 100% be ordering from there again!
I had issues with UPS delivery and my purchase was delayed, I got in touch with the TSS mailbox and Emily picked this up. She was very proactive in helping me with the issue and responded promptly to emails. In addition to resolving this I was offered 10% off my purchase due to my issue, all in all a very good and fair customer experience.
I unfortunately missed the drop on a set of Jordan 4's over the May bank holiday so ordered a pair on The Sole Supplier. Understanding that the bank holiday would interrupt normal business, I waited for a few days into the week but still hadn't heard anything, so I got in contact with customer support and Catlin messaged me back, she was amazing and provided me with updates and helped expedite the seller. The trainers arrived a day before i was told so all in all a very good service and experience for me.
