I love my t-shirt and bags, and got in touch with customer service when one of the t-shirt seams unravelled. They were lovely, genuinely wanted to understand what might have happened (in case of updating washing instructions), and are sending me a new one! Thank you 😊
My sister asked for a medusa sweater for her birthday. She loved the colour options and the medusa logo. She was really pleased by what the logo and company stand for. My experience in ordering was great and delivery was swift. My sister loves her sweater but, as a larger size, wishes it was a slightly bigger fit. That is the only negative we have. Would definitely order again.
Defiantly different, my second tee, the first gets positive comments and wears well. New one yet to have its first outing. Good quality, a conversation starter, sadly an occasional troll or Karen that doesn’t like a tee that features the f word in a bar they bring kids to 🙈
There was an issue with an original order which was completely my fault. They worked with me and stayed in constant communication with me until the issue was fixed. Again, an issue that was completely my fault! I ordered the wrong sizes. By the time they got the order back, I had asked to switch one of the shirts because a friend of mine got me a similar one. There was Zero problem with any of it. They are amazing and I love my shirts.
Absolutely fantastic company. Not only was the t shirt excellent quality but the customer service was amazing. Contactable via their chat over the weekend, they kindly rushed through a t shirt I really wanted to buy as a present for someone, and couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend and will buy more in the future.
