Very good! Shipping to Germany was a bit tricky due to customs fees. I returned the item and contacted the service, and they arranged everything smoothly. I'm very happy with the high-quality garment now :)

Not fragile like a breeze...

A breeze to deal with from start to finish, from chuckling over the wit and humour emblazoned across all Spark offerings, to the swift delivery in planet aware packaging. Clearly, the only reason the old social order hasn't crumbled completely is that not enough people are wearing Spark T-shirts!

Happy with my order

Happy with my order from The Spark Company. Firstly I'm glad to buy an ethically made product. Secondly, the sweatshirt is so comfy and easy to wear. It looks just like the pictures and the fit is perfect (I'm a UK size 12 and chose Medium). The pale blue colour is very cute and the embroidery is nice and subtle. I haven't washed it yet, so I hope it will still look and feel the same after being washed.

Been buying their Ts for yonks. Designs are mega, quality and cut are really good too, the culture is positive and the company is supporting a much needed cause. What more could you ask for? Oh yeah, Customer service and delivery is always impeccable.

Placed an order for my 4 grandchildren…

Placed an order for my 4 grandchildren on the 28th November 2025. Have an order number but no confirmation the order has been received! The payment for the goods taken on the 29th November 2025. It’s now the 6th December 2025 still no confirmation although I have contacted them by email 4 times even email marketing with no reply! Very disappointing!

Amazing company!

I am so happy to have found The Spark Company. I recently ordered a Medusa beanie hat and a Summon the Christmas Spirit jumper. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour at first, the team were all super friendly and helpful, and I received the colour I wanted. The quality is excellent and the fit just right. My jumper is lovely and warm and as someone who finds Christmas difficult it is great to have these alternative, feminist designs. My Medusa hat is great, really warm and snug, comes down over my ears and such a great survivor message. I will definitely be ordering more, I just need to decide which ones, such a great selection of designs and messages. It’s really refreshing to find a feminist brand with such a strong ethos. 😊

Website Checkout Misleading BUT RECTIFIED

**UPDATE**In fairness to the company they have rectified the issue with regards to refund. Though the website is still slightly misleading at checkout, when contacted the representative Jenny did reach out and did fix the issue. I wish Jenny and the team and Merry Christmas and thank you again for rectifying the situation under busy circumstances. Bought a t-shirt then just after you’ve paid they have a note saying essentially Free T-shirt click on the button and on the invoice says item shipping and free. It’s not free. They charge for the t-shirt and immediately charge your card without confirmation. Quite misleading to get you to inadvertently pay for something else. Have contacted twice and still no response. Have received both items but want to return the unwanted top and now they won’t respond. Will update if they actually get this fixed but bit of a challenging website.
