I placed an order for £100 worth of items as a holiday gift for my son at the end of November. Unfortunately, the wrong package was delivered to my home. The support team assured me they would send a replacement in time for the holidays, which was reassuring. However, it’s now the 22nd, and tracking shows the parcel is still with the sender, with no updates from the company despite my multiple emails. This was the one thing my 12-year-old wanted, and now I have to rush to find an alternative gift since I have no idea if it will arrive in time or at all. I'm extremely disappointed; this company has let me down this holiday season.

I bought a sweatshirt last year that was fantastic, so I decided to get a t-shirt for a family member this year. I expected it to be embroidered, but it's actually a print, which is mentioned, to be fair. Still, I feel that £31 plus shipping for a printed t-shirt is rather excessive!

UPDATE - The company responded with a credit note for the difference, which was considerate. The products are lovely, but their exchange process could improve.
