UK buyers beware of the extortionate cost of returning an item. This company is based in Canada and even though I wanted an exchange and not a return/refund I paid £17.50 to send my item back. What was initially a good price of £52 actually ended up as £70.00, If I had known this at the start I would’ve spent the money on a real gold bracelet instead. Apart from that the item is still rather nice but definitely not worth £70.00.
I ordered an engravable ring for my boyfriend's birthday. They sent the wrong size, and when I reached out for the correct one, I only got an automated response. This led to a frustrating back-and-forth without resolution. Eventually, they offered me a 20% discount for a new ring, but by then, the item was out of stock, making the discount pointless. When I finally heard back from someone, it was too late. No apology was given, and I ended up wasting £80.
I placed my order over a month ago as a Christmas gift, three weeks ahead of the holiday, and it still hasn't arrived. I'm usually quite patient, but spending a significant amount on a product and not receiving it is concerning. I won't be returning to this service.
