My order has not arrived for 5 months now:) Absolutely garbage company, selling a product that never arrives to the customer's address and throw generic responses by customer "support". If you can, report them to Shopify and your local consumer protection agency
Total scam. Ordered on 4/21/25 and as of today 7/31/25 we have not received our order. The company kept saying it was due to delays in shipping and would be arriving soon.They even said at one point they were attempting to deliver but could never provide a tracking number. Somebody could have walked/swam it here by now.
Worst company in the world. Openly scamming people. Will pretend to send you a product, string you along until you cant do a charge back. Straight up will block your email when you ask why they have delayed in sending, the moment that charge backs cant be done.
I had to give a star so write review otherwise would be a zero DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY Bought 3 guns on 8 March I still have not got them 4 months later I just get same email re plain we are trying to locate your order and when asked after 3 months for a refund surprise surprise I have not had that either this is a fraud money stealing company you will waste your money will not get your order or refund
