Yikes, I wish I checked Trustpilot before I bought, I bought one months, like maybe even 8 months ago,First of all, thought it would be a cool stress toy, so I bought it.. told me an expected delivery time, didn't show up so I contacted support, took them 2 weeks to reply, still hadn't come, they said it would be longer.After what felt like decades.. It arrived broken, now on the website it says they do refunds.. so I asked for one, showed them proof it arrived broken and they asked if they could ship another one out, I said no, I would like a refund, and I never heard from them again. they essentially, took my money and dipped. I sent a few more emails and I got no reply from those too.DO NOT BUY EVEN IF CURIOUS.
First of all, I just realised after purchase , this is a company with no physical address or contact number. There’s only one email address can be found online if you need to follow up or make enquiries on your purchase. To make this worse, they are so unresponsive to a point where I think they want simply want you to give up and move on.The guns are being shipped from China and the tracking number provided seems broken. I learned my mistake, should have checked online reviews before placing my order.I don’t even know where this company is at apart from the only email address you can find online.
THIS IS A HUGE SCAM (DROPSHIPPING). I found the exact same products on a bunch of Chinese websites, for half the price. The only reason that The Stress Shot hasn't been shut down is because the Chinese designers never put any restrictions, or can't reinforce them.
one star is being nice! 2 months and I’m still waiting on my order, multiple emails with a generic response on follow your order tracking. And it’s got to go through customs. I advised 2 months is too long and I want another solution and my money back. Again I get ignored and I get a generic track your order. Scam scam scam
Loved It! Mega TitanI ordered it on Aug 17 and it arrived on Sep 9. All parts included arrived. Only thing is it looked different than on the picture. Orange tip protruded about 3/4 inch, and the slide could not be racked manually. Other than that it was great. Highly recommended
