It is now three and half months since my purchase which I made on my sons behalf with his pocket money so he is very upset as you can imagine. I have been in contact with customer service several times who keep fobbing me off and seem to have no intention of refunding me. I would recommend avoiding this company.
Ridiculous service Guaranteed delivery by Xmas- 3 weeks later it rocks up- offering me a 15% refund for the trouble - despite the fact obviously last minute gift had to be bought - managing child expectations- total joke all round without exception. Poor poor poor - and the products not all that either - don’t bother - shop elsewhere

Let them know that the company is refusing to refund you full the cost of a defective product or that the product never arrived.Report their YouTube channel @TheStressShot for broadcasting this scam company, and include the link to this review page.On to the review.I own 8 of the mini 1911s that I received from a seller on Amazon for only $2 a piece, and none of them have issues. At the same time that I bought those, I also ordered the same gun from Stress Shot. My Amazon order arrived in 3 days. Stress Shot's order took over a month to arrive.Upon receiving the Stress Shot gun, the spring is creaky and malfunctions, and the slide can't be fully racked back and locked because the tolerances are awful. These issues aren't present in any of the other 8 from Amazon.I reached out to Stress Shot for a refund, and they asked for a video. I sent one, and they said they were going to review it. This is the response I received:"Hey!I’m so sorry to hear that the Stress Shot Gun didn’t meet your expectations—it’s definitely not the experience we want for you. We can absolutely send you a return label if you’d like to send it back, but just to keep it real, the return shipping costs can sometimes be higher than expected, and unfortunately, we’re unable to cover those costs on our end.That said, we’d love to make things right for you in a way that feels fair. We can offer you a 20% refund to keep the item, or, if you’d like to give our products another shot in the future, we can give you a 50% discount on your next order.Let us know what works best for you—we really appreciate your understanding!Cristene|Customer Support"So they are in violation of Implied Warantee of Merchantability in the US, requiring that a refund must be given if a product is proven to be defective. Their correspondence usually takes multiple days after replying.This shop is a scam, and the mailing return address on my package shows up as a nearly $700,000 house on Belmont Hills Drive in Suwanee, Georgia. The name on the label is only listed as "Jimmy" but a quick records search shows no such residents.Do not buy from these guys. Find one on Amazon so you actually get a refund if it's defective instead of getting the run around from these losers.Update: after further research, I discovered scam-detector dot com's review of Stress Shot.They give Stress Shot a 7.7/100 score on trustworthiness and likelihood of not being a scam or fraudulent. Most of the reviews from TrustPilot are posted there as well for evidence.I've contacted my bank to dispute the charge, and I've reported Stress Shot to reportfraud dot ftc dot gov with the address listed on the package and all of the details from our email correspondence. If you live in the US, I recommend you do the same.I've also reported their YouTube channel @TheStressShot and provided YouTube the link to this review page.Further update: they finally replied, only saying:"As of now, we can only provide a 20% refund since we have also paid for shipping fee for this order."Don't believe any of the "we'll give you a full refund" responses that they've made to other reviews below.
Absolutely devastating!!! My son won't receive his Santa present this year. I ordered on the 1st Dec and its now the 24th. The tracking numbers don't work and stress shot keep assuring me that it is just stuck in customs and can take some time. What am I meant to tell him now? Absolutely disgusting ruining a child's view on Santa!
I've ordered a M1911 and received it after a few weeks. However after one day, it already malfunctioned so I contacted support. Without any hesitation they send me a brand new one! It works perfect and customer support was very helpful. As a person with ASD and ADHD that is a huge fan of firearms, this thing is perfect. I've been looking for a toy like this for a long time and I'm very satisfied with it. I'm already looking which one I'll buy next.
It was the one thing my son wanted for his birthday. He is obsessed with one of the guns. So a month ago I placed the order. I was thrilled.The next day I got an email saying my item was on its way.A month in, the weird tracking says its still "in suppliers warehouse ".I have emailed the support team regularly and to be fair I get timely responses. All reassuring me its on its way, stuck in customs etc etc. Though the tracking says its still in their warehouse. When I asked for a refund they say they can't as it's "in transit".My sons birthday is tomorrow. He will be so disappointed he didn't get the one thing he asked for.A 10yr old without his gift and 50 euros stolen from us.Don't buy from them
What a crappy experience. The two mini guns I ordered broke within 1 day of use. The support was crap and kept telling me they are investing my case. I have offered to send it all back. After a while I received a notification that they refunded the amount of 1 gun, not 2. Even though both of them were broken. The worst ever! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I ordered three guns for my son's birthday in early October. 1 of them arrived but not the other 2. Chased up the support staff and she kept providing the tracking number for the first shipment. I was then provided a second tracking number which was supposed to be the second shipment but funny enough the tracking number is untrackable.Nearly 7 weeks since my order and way after my son's birthday, I still haven't received any update and refund request is denied. They claim the shipment is being delivered but can't provide any response when I replied the second track number is not working.Poor customer service and beware if you are looking to place an order from the website.
