Review Time
Absolute scam - no delivery. I was told the order would arrive and had been dispatched. My 11 year old spent £70 of his pocket money on this and now there is no communication whatsoever. He is heartbroken and believes he will get a refund. They should be ashamed of themselves - there are no contact numbers or ability to get in touch.
I'm beginning to think this is a scam. My son purchased the fidget toy nearly a month ago and with the exception of a text message with a link to a website that doesn't seem to exist, we've had no communication at all. We were expecting there to be a little bit of a delay in delivery but the lack of contact or acknowledgement of the order and the fact that I can no longer find their website suggests this is just a complete scam. Don't waste your money would be my advice.**EDIT** we have now received this (typically the day after I wrote this review) however, the quality is not great and after a few attempts the gun doesn't "fire" properly. Overall my son thinks its ok but definitely not worth the price he paid for it.
Cannot give this terrible company a worse review than 1 star.Bought two of their toys back in March (Order number #14984), one arrived faulty and I followed their requests for images/videos of the issue (that they finally confirmed they'd recieved 2 months later). Said they would send a replacement order.Its been half a dozen emails, mostly one sided asking for updates only to be told they were working on it and will send a replacement soon. But now another month has passed and no responce or reply from their customer service team.DO NOT deal with them. They will not reply to customer complaints only to "new enquiries" on their site, not interested in peopel who have already paid only those they can rope into buying their broken/faulty goods.Discusting customer service.
This company are absolutely awful.Ordered over 6 weeks ago and after sending numerous emails I get fobbed off time and time again saying they are so busy and bare with them.Enough is enough!!!My son spent his birthday money on 2 guns from this sham of a company and he is so upset that they have never arrived.Avoid this company at all costs
I ordered on March 11, 2024 and no email confirmation was returned with my order number, just a text message saying thanks for the order. I have no order number but have been billed on March 11 for the StressShot. 2 contact form replies were mad e on March 17 and 19th with no reply to date.Will be a dissapointing birthday if the order does not arrive for my Son.
