I bought a starter offer (root activator conditioner, and root activator spray) which was easy. It was supposed to have two of each as part of the deal but only one of each arrived. Customer service was quick and arranged a delivery of the missing items straight away. Only one of the missing items arrived, the next is now on its way. The customer service received is excellent and fast, however I can’t help but feel it should just be right first time and not take three tries. Been using the product for around a month and can’t say I see any difference yet but it’s still early so I won’t mark down on that basis.
CONDITIONING BARI’ve used had this bar for about a month now - using it 2 to 3 times a week. Amazingly still plenty of it left - perhaps more than half the bar. It takes a bit of getting used to as, with most conditioners, it doesn’t lather and has a creamy texture. It really does work well. Leaves my hair untangled and soft. It also seems to help the anti grey effect of the shampoo bar. My hair is noticeably darker and without the horrible chemicals that other creams smell of. A great product. Can’t recommend enough.
Ordered the starter kit was told it had been delivered by Evri which it hadn’t contacted Mane who sent me terrible photos provided by Evri they then said I had to contact Evri direct who then said I had to contact Mane no sign of parcel contacted Mane numerous times via email they stopped replying so out of pocket and having to log PayPal complaint
Most likely snake oil. It's made in China and has some suspect ingredients, some of which actually contribute to hair loss such as DMDM Hydntoin amongst others.Learnt the hard way after ordering on impulse. Don't trust the 5 star reviews and dodgy marketing, probably left by the company themselves.
The website advertised a product that helped with hair growth and of course I was a skeptic. I decided to give the shampoo a try and purchased the three bottle offering. The whole ordering process was easy and the tracking of the order very good as well. From the first try I felt that the shampoo was different and my scalp felt cleaner. I have noticed that my hair is not falling out as much and smaller hairs seem to be growing. I am at the end of my 3 bottles and now will be buying more very soon.
