Amazing products! The shampoo and conditioner were really nice. You can sure feel they cleanses and washes your hair and scalp well. I got the gray bar and it felt very good too. I've been using all 3 products for a week now and would definitely order my next supply.
I ordered the combo pack for hair growth 3 months ago. Incorrect address, the product was then resent by DHL with no correspondence and still recieved no package. Support then sent the product again, sending me a 6 digit number to “look out for” with no proper courier instructions. Honestly, complete joke, no formal support, no engagement bad service. Highly not recommended
I have had the worst experience with customer service. Ordered 1 product from Nov 10 and the product still has not arrived and it is Dec 16. Took them over a week to get it ready for shipping which then hit the Canada Post strike. Been going back and forth with customer service and they won't cancel the order or reship it using another courier when the product even went on 75% sale!! How cheap is this company.Processed my payment Nov 10 and keeping my money until I return the product to them.... who knows how long that will take maybe 3 months for me to receive? Horrible service.I ordered another product from the states in California and it got to me within 5 business days no issues. Don't know why Superior Mane is holding onto my money and won't do anything to actually fix this but will email saying they will do everything they can to resolve my issue.... besides refunding me

This product is pure snake oil. I used the shampoo, conditioner and root activator. It doesn't work at all!They have a 30 day money back guarantee, but it took over 30 days to arrive! How does that work?I was told to return the product for a refund. The postage to the USA would cost more than the product!These people are just scam artists, preying on the vulnerable. Avoid at all costs.
£79 RRP for a grey reverse shampoo bar with great pictures of what would happen by 3 weeks. 4+ weeks in and absolutely no change to my grey hair. Requested a refund but was told it can take longer for some people but persevering means I missed the 30 day guarantee. Don't delay when you realise it doesn't work!
Waited 6 weeks for the product to arrive, used it for 3 months.My hair is the same colour as when I started, their web site show pictures of hair being coloured by their special soap in just 2 weeks with time laspe photos.I took photo on day 1 and day 90, identical.They only offer 30 days as they know it takes longer to trial it plus due to the lengthy postage the 30 days is up before you even get it.No amount of emails to them and Paypal to help got me a refund, just glad I only paid £45 not £85.How can they be allowed to get away with this, its a scam.
Getting a very bad feeling from this company. Firstly, my heart sank when I saw the cheap packaging, then the pump action didn't work (got a patronising response telling me to wash the tube out) but it still didn't work-now my scalp itches. Over-priced rubbish.
