Review Time
I saw the instagram adverts for the hair remover spray and bought into the hype unfortunately. Tried the stuff and it’s absolutely useless! Stinks like gone off salad cream and does NOTHING like the adverts claim…For a start, the ingredients are completely different to those listed/mentioned in the adverts and the timing of “works in 4 minutes…” is BS too as the packaging even suggests 6-10 minutes for correct usage!I tried it for 10 mins on a patch of non-coarse hair and it did nothing, absolutely nothing - not even a single hair came out! They say they have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, but customer services are useless and won’t answer your questions as to why the product has different ingredients, etc., nor will they actually give you a refund as claimed - they’ll only take back unopened bottles! How are people supposed to know if something works if they don’t open it??? #facepalmThey did offer me a complimentary product for my trouble, but seriously, is that gonna be another gimmick and whole packet of deception too? Probably.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
This product is a SCAM! I used it for over 3 months and zero result! I'm trying to return unused items and no answer! They don't accept returns over 30 days but you have to use it minimum 3 months to see results! So that's already a conflict! STAY AWAY! How does a consumer know if all the good reviews are legit!
Update. Mane have sent the products after they were returned by the postal service. So I now have the products and did not pay the custom charges. That is a good outcome. Increased to two stars. Now I'll see if the products work.I have a £47 customs charge from Parcel Force to release the Mane £83 product. I paid delivery insurance too!Mane messed up the customs declaration because UK Customs only charge on items above £135.I have pointed this out but Mane are not interested.
After using the grey reverse conditioning bar for several weeks, I began to see modest results. I then began using the grey reverse shampoo along with the conditioning bar for an additional two months. Instead of seeing expected greater results from the use of both products, I actually saw no further improvements.I also used the eye repair stick for two months and experienced absolutely no results from this product. It's important to know that Superior Mane is a "buyer beware" company. If you're unhappy with the results you get from their products, you won't get a refund.
Why does not Trustpilot do anything here about fake 5 star reviews, that the company bought. Moreover, most of them are just copying each other about some Amanda of the customer service (lol). The company floods the review thread with 5 star reviews to cover the negative reviews from real customers in order to drop them down on bottom pages, so that the new customers won't see them.
Terrible terrible company. Pricing was unclear and underhand to start with and now been waiting 20 days for delivery. They’ve now stopped answering emails so reported them to my bank and trading standards. I’m sure they’ll reach out after this negative review but why haven’t they already replied to my many requests? Avoid this company if you value your money or sanity.
