I accidentally placed the order twice and instantly realised my mistake and contacted them straight away. I cannot afford to part with 2 orders worth. Update. I have been told so long as i don't open the package i can send back the order and be refunded. Id like to take back my previous comment and thank the customer service team for there help. Also used these products before and although its not a miracle serum it is one of the best on the market. Strongly recommend using with a derma roller for optimum results.
Been using the shampoo and conditioner for a while but just tried the root activator and love it. On my last shipment one of the bottles got damaged and leaked all of the activator out. I sent an email with pictures explaining the situation and Amanda responded first thing on Monday by letting me know she was sending a replacement bottle. Thanks!
