I'm rating the customer service of Amanda. I had an issue with my order and she was quick to answer my questions and address the issue. My shipping issue was resolved with little trouble. I appreciate that so much. Thank you again Amanda!
NOTE: This review is specifically about customer service and not the product itself. I came home excited to try out the product but was dismayed to find an empty package in my mailbox. The USPS, the entity responsible for delivery to my home, had placed a couple of labels on the package saying “received empty” and “received without contents”. I took a picture of this and also noticed that the plastic shipping envelope appeared to have a defective seal on one side and did not seem like it had been cut open. I found the link to support in my order confirmation email and sent them a message, including the photo of the label. I received an email from Amanda in support, apologizing for the mishap. She also said a replacement order had been placed and to watch for the confirmation email. Great job by Amanda and the customer service team!
Had an issue with a shipment where products were not delivered as expected. Customer Service responded promptly and addressed the issue in very short order. Thank you for a great experience and assisting with solving the matter is a fast and professional manner!
I ordered some shampoo bars and they are actually lost in transit! Wrote to DHL (I was redirected to their last mile courier DAI Post) and took me too long for an answer. Thankfully, Amanda took the initiative to ship out a replacement so I can receive it before the existing one runs out. Appreciate it much!
one of my beard oil bottles broke during shipment and I notified the company. My cuatomer service representative, Amanda, not only responded quickly, she begin processing the re-shipment of a new bottle.I was very, very happy with the quick turnaround and resolution to my issue!
