A total scam!Firstly, I unintentionally bought twice the amount of products I intended to buy due to the company's confusing (and very scammy-looking) checkout page. I wanted to replace an item, so I used their 'back option' and tried replacing the item.I realised my error after receiving the confirmation email, but the company were totally uninterested in offering a refund, informing me how it wasn't possible to cancel part of the order due to some 'other department' B.S.In order to offer a refund, I would have to ship the items back, which would have cost me more than the value of the items. This policy, along with the confusing check-out page, is clearly designed not to be user-friendly to dissuade people from applying for refunds. A classic scam tactic.Secondly, the products themselves. I accidentally bought two sets - shampoo, conditioner and the root activator spray - and used all three of these items every day, following the instructions and online videos.In the mornings, I used the root activator spray by massaging a significant amount into the scalp, parting the hair etc. - all of the recommendations the company makes.In the evenings, when I showered, I left the shampoo in for several minutes after massaging it in well, and I then did the same with the conditioner.Now, given that the company guarantees results of hair regrowth after 3 months of consistent use, yet after 2 sets of products and 6 months of the above consistent use, I have NOT seen any improvement whatsoever!The whole thing is totally shambolic, and I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money, folks.
I received the product a couple of days ago. Some would say it's too early to see results, but I have started seeing results: small lines disappearing and overall skin glow. The only thing I would change is the texture; I personally prefer lighter creams. I recommend the product.
I have been using this for about 2 months. I have noticed a slight difference in the texture and thickness of my hair, my wife has noticed it too! The shampoo smells really good too. Spoke to customer service about a slight price issue and they resolved it instantly in a great and friendly manor.
