Amanda Was great in resolving my problem. I ordered the product, but the shipment never arrived and tracking showed that it transfered to USPS. Amanda Was able to solve the problem and send me out a replacement order. Thank u Amanda!
I reordered the shampoo and conditioner after the initial order. It seems to be working, not as fast as the video, but I see new growth. The second order I don’t know if I typed in the wrong number 357 instead of 3517 of my hour or ot prefilled. Bu in any case the tracking shows it was delivered, but not to me. Emailed customer service and next day had a response they were sending out a replacement order.
So….i ordered the Gray Reverse Bar 2-3 weeks ago. I love how clean my hair and scalp feel after I’ve shampooed. Haven’t really noticed anything in terms of less gray just yet, but I’m optimistic. I decided to purchase a bundle pack of several products: 3 pack of Root Activator Shampoo, 3 pack of Root Activator Conditioner and a 3 pack of the Gray Reverse Bar. When the shipment arrived the poly mailer it came in had 2 holes in the package. 1 large one in the center and a smaller hole at the top of the mailer. When I removed the contents I noticed some of the boxed packages had somewhat crushed corners. In addition, one of the gray reverse bars was missing. All that remained was the “sleeve” it came in. I contacted customer service by email right away. I suggested that perhaps the products should be boxed this may provide additional protection instead of in a poly mailer. Amanda responded to my inquiry and asked for a few pics of the products. I took pics and sent them off to her. By days end she wrote back and apologized for any inconvenience and issued another gray reverse bar in the mail. Amanda was thoughtful and professional. She made communicating with Superior Mane a breeze. I’m appreciative of how quickly Amanda resolved this matter. If I can update this review in the future once I’ve had a chance to use the products for a couple of months I will. In the meantime….thank you Amanda! —Eric Steiner

Rarely have I experienced the type of care, clarity, availability, and responsiveness as I received with Amanda. What is most impressive this help was provided late on a Friday Night... when most customer services are dormant.
