At the end of october i ordered 3 Gray Reverse Bars. Now I find out that i have to go to my post office to pay customs fees, charged to your shipment. I find it unacceptable not to have this information before paying my bill of 37.90€. you'll argue that it's indicated in the link at the very bottom about the shipping policy, you're right, but it's not visible at all when you first buy the product from a country outside of USA. Of course, you are not responsible and you are covered, as you write it in your shipment policy, in the very bottom of the screen. it's anti-commercial. So I had to pay a 12€ fee, which makes a 49.90€ purchase. this represents 1/3 of the total amount.You are 50% more expensive than Asian sites that sell the same product, which I’ve already bought twice, and guess what? with no customs fees. I’m extremely disappointed, and I can tell you that I’ll never recommend Mane's american site again. I won't be advertising your site, which doesn't live up to the expectations of a european country.
Whilst it is too early to tell if their Root Activator Shampoo is doing the trick yet, I ordered 5 bottles and was only sent 3. After an initial response on email asking for some more details, I have sent 6 emails and phoned 3 times with no answer during US working hours. All I want is for my order to be fully completed - it is not cheap! Absolutely shocking and frustrating
I was skeptical about Mane. However, i started using the shampoo, and conditioner in August. From things I read I knew it wouldn’t be instantaneous. In September, I could see a difference. I added the root activator to my receding hair line and am seeing some new growth.Customer service, specifically Lauryn, is amazing!! I messed up my order, my address switched to an old address in PayPal - I emailed Mane and Lauryn took care of BOTH issues.. refunded the mess I made in my order- corrected the address and now, it’s all good.
My first order didn’t reach me due to poor parcel service in my country. Even it has nothing to do with Superior Mane I requested a replacement for my order, because the package had been put on return status back to US (due to local parcel company issue). The customer service was of great help and they have sent me a complete replacement for the 3x root activator shampoo package. Thanks!
