Review Time
What are the chances that the first time you order, the bottle will be cracked? It was a hairline crack, but enough for the oil to seep out. I don't know how it got there, the packaging looked good and I didn't drop it on my end. I emailed support and they're response was, a new bottle is on it's way. Super happy; I feel like this is a good company that cares. I've never taken this kind of stuff, but this gives me confidence that it will work. I can't wait to order other products.
Had a problem with my order not being delivered. Emailed Mane Support and Lauryn got back to me right away. She told me order was lost in transit and then placed a new order me and sent me a discount for my next order. Amazing customer service from Lauryn!! Will definitely be ordering again!!
After placing my order I noticed that my apple pay entered my address incorrectly. I emailed customer support and informed them of the situation. Within six hours, Amanda with customer support informed me that my address had been corrected on my order and it would be shipping out soon. Thank you Amanda for your assistance and correcting my mistake!
I had a delivery go to the wrong address. I didn’t even call customer service. I only sent an email which was responded to by the amazing Amanda very quickly which blew my mind. She was sympathetic to my problem and rectified the situation within an hour and my new shipment is already shipped and on its way. This all happened in one day, today. Unbelievable service. I accidentally ordered the same product twice and was really freaked out. I contacted the customer service and explained what happened and they quickly canceled the two products that I accidentally ordered. Special. Thanks Lauryn
Order processed fine but DHL appear to have lost it after tracked arrived in NZ. I have reached out to Mane and their customer service immediately acknowledged as lost in transit and organised a replacement to be despatched same day. Best customer service I have had for a long time. Thanks.
