My luggage got damaged. I submitted a picture and asked if this is covered by warranty or if it can be repaired. Jay from Solgaard to the rescue! He said absolutely and just send proof of purchase.
48 hrs later I received follow-ups and a tracking number with a new luggage on its way!!!!! Jay made my experienced as smooth and pleasant as any consumer can experience! Thank you Jay and Solgaard! Loyalist since 2019
I utilize my Solgaard carry on almost weekly for business travel. When my carry on cracked, I contacted Solgaard and had a fix within 24 hours. A new carry on is now in route. I will continue to be a customer thanks to the easy customer service. It is hard to find good customer services now a days, so it is much appreciated.
My wife and I purchased a couple of pieces of carry-on luggage and have been very pleased with the function and the customer service we received. We did have a problem with one of the bags (probably due to airline more than Solgaard :)), but it was handled promptly and made us feel like we were important to Solgaard. Also appreciate their response on returning the damaged piece... they requested that we donate it to a Foster service so that someone else could make use of it. THAT'S SOLID!
My luggage suffered a crack/dent during an international flight, which left me feeling upset. However, I couldn't be happier with the customer service. They were prompt, helpful, and sent a replacement under their warranty. I've recommended this service to many, and they've purchased their products. I'll always cherish my luggage from them!
It seems that customer service especially when it comes to products purchased doesn't exist much anymore. However I want to take a moment to shout a company that still does it! Solgaard is the bomb! We love their products so much that we have purchased 3 suitcases and 2 travel backpacks. We love everything about them and they have helped make travel easier.
Recently the wheels on one the suitcases were not rolling as smooth and one side of their patented "closet" system broke at a seam. I reached out and sent pictures. Within 24 hours I received a response apologizing and asking for a batch number. After finding the batch number easily (thanks to clear guidance) and emailing it I received another response within 24 hours that a new suitcase and closet system were on their way and thanking us for being loyal customers!
No fuss or asking us to prove anything, just a simple thank you and we got you!

I had a terrible experience with the service and customer support. I placed my order on 12/20 and received no estimated arrival time, which is quite unusual. After several days, I escalated the issue multiple times, only to receive basic automated responses. I spoke with an unhelpful representative and my order didn't ship until 12/28, with a projected arrival date of 1/3. I understand it's peak season, but this experience has been one of the worst I've encountered.
I purchased a backpack and suitcase on December 6th, with a guarantee for delivery before Christmas. Now, it’s December 21st, and my items have not been shipped, meaning I won’t receive them in time. The company mentioned they would expedite the order by flagging it, but that was on the 16th, three days after the expected delivery date.
The suitcases are fantastic, and the customer service is exceptional! We initially purchased the large closet and recently got several carry-on closet options for our family. Every inquiry to the support team is quickly addressed.
