The representative was quick, easy to communicate with, and responsive to my questions and concerns. They followed up promptly to assist me as soon as possible. One of the items I received had a bubble and cracked during first use... I reached out, and a new set was sent the next day. I've enjoyed all the various accessories, especially the curved screens.
Despite facing some issues with a seemingly faulty product, the team went above and beyond to resolve this for me promptly. The customer service has been excellent. How a company treats its customers during issues speaks volumes, and I'm very grateful they worked with me to find a satisfactory solution.
