My whole experience with TWO SVGE was incredible! I had been wanting to get a pair for ages, and a couple of months ago I was given a pair for Christmas! THEY ARE MY FAVOURITE SUNNIES!!! - These are the Prime Midnight ones!
I recently had an issue with a crack through the frame, and was absolutely devastated… However after contacting TWO SVGE and asking if they had anything such as replacement frames, they solved my issue instantly! I went from gutted about my sunnies to over the moon with their willingness to replace them (only cost to us was shipping fees)

The service and dedication that TWO SVGE provided me has scored them a customer for life! I will be buying some more very soon… as many styles are calling my name, and they will 100% be the first business I recommend to anyone buying sunnies!

Unhappy with product longevity

I bought the Midnight icon less than nine months ago, and while they seemed fine initially, a fade mark appeared out of nowhere. When I contacted the support team with photos, they suggested it was my fault, despite my careful handling. They offered a discount for a defect, so I chose to discard them and switch to another brand. It's disappointing since I really liked them and was even eyeing the new blue models that are now sold out. A replacement would have been nice, but they didn’t last as promised.

Solid glasses with great color, but missing a detail

The glasses are good, with a nice color and seem pretty unbreakable and scratch-proof. However, they didn't come with the sticker that is usually included in the box, which was a bit disappointing.

Frustrated with constant spam

I don't have an issue with the product, although they do feel a bit cheap. My complaint lies with the spam they send. I've requested them to stop, but the messages keep coming. I've reported many as spam, yet they persist. I regret purchasing anything from them.

High-quality sunglasses

If you snagged one of these during the $50 Black Friday deal, you scored big. They feel like premium sunglasses and fit well for larger heads. I just wish I had ordered more at that price.
