I sold my mothers house through TB and have been impressed with their service. As you would expect they showed many people around the house. They also kept me well informed and gave me what I think was good and honest advice along the way. Once we had reached the point of having a buyer their team did a good job of pushing the process along with the buyers.
Right from the start I got a very professional service. The agent initially stated he was confident that the house would sale quite quickly and before Christmas which I thought was a bit optimistic. How wrong I was as the was sold within six weeks! The after sales team (Helen Miles) was excellent, kept me constantly informed and up to date and can't be praised highly enough. Overall I am extremely happy with the level and the professionalism of the service provided.
