I am so pleased to know that there is one honest, professional and friendly group of people in one estate agent. My experience with Thomas Brown was an effortless and pleasant one. From James, Justin, Helen and Amy, they were all very friendly professionals who kept their word, stayed honest and worked with integrity to both the sellers and myself, the buyer. I’m pleased to have the opportunity say a Big thank you to the team. I did not use them in the end and sadly, the house that I have found was with someone not as honest and worked with zero integrity and a lot of deception to the buyer.
