Canadians BEWARE…

As a Canadian I would not recommend ordering from Three Bird Nest. Unfortunately what I ordered did not fit so I had to return for a hefty price to say the least. I paid shipping when I placed the order. I paid the shipping to return the order and then they charge me another $30 for border fees etc. a friggin ripoff is all I can say. Unless you have money to burn it’s certainly not in your best interest to order from this place. It will cost you dearly if you need to return something. Very disappointing!!!!!

I still have not received my order

Update:TBN reached out and made everything right! The order was lost in the mail and they re-sent it. It came quickly. Super happy with the clothes in my order and I would order from TBN again!!I still have not received my order. The tracking report said it arrived in CA on May 27 and that’s the last it shows. It’s now June 16. Spent over $300!! I’ve messaged them, emailed them…over and over with no response. Buyer beware! If my clothes show up and are worth it…I’d change my review. Right now, I’m beyond frustrated and feel taken advantage of.

I chose Three Birds Nest because they are located in the US , and their clothes are so cute and my style. I had a couple of issues, but the customer service was awesome. My emails were responded to within minutes and everything got taken care of. The dress I ordered was to wear to a garden wedding . I am 61 years old and my dress made me feel so pretty and I got tons of compliments! If you need your item in a couple of weeks I would pay for expedited shipping. That's my only complaint. But I will be purchasing more from this company

FALSE ADVERTISING - NO REMORSE

I contacted this business twice to let them know the shirt I received was falsely advertised. The description does NOT match the shirt, nor do the pictures. They don’t care whatsoever. They won’t waive the return fee for their error. They said the description of fabric type IMPLIES how it should be worn, even though the description SAYS it can be worn alone. The shirt is COMPLETELY see through. Like read a book through it see through. No remorse from them. No waiving return fees. They even said they will change the description moving forward. Ok, you agree with me but also, I’m out $60 cause I’m not going to go out in public with my undergarments on display. All over $8 return fee. This complaint is just the beginning.

Return failure at Three Bird Nest connection

I ordered an item. I had to pay for shipping. It was so big I had to return it. They charged me a $7.95 processing fee for the return. So essentially I paid $18.00 to try it on. But wait there’s more. They sent me a “happy returns” code, I put on my phone. And I had to return the item to a UPS store. But when the young girl scanned the code, she did something wrong and could not get a receipt for my return. And neither could the manager. So I had no guarantee I actually returned it. She said I would have to call them and gave me the item back. But wait they have no incoming call center. I tried calling UPS, but their call center could not connect me with a human being without a proper UpS tracking number. I left a message with Three Bird Nest. All this hassle to essentially pay their company for nothing!

Cheap quality for price

The material is terrible and cheap for the prices they charge. The jewelry is gold painted and looks like something from a gumball machine. They do a good job with their photos, but save your money!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. My return was lost and they keep giving me a run around and refuse to refund my purchase, even though I utilized THEIR return procedure through "Happy Returns".Cannot speak to anyone in person - all communication is via email or chat, and if nothing is resolved you have to start all over with a new rep each time you contact them.I love their clothes, but I will NEVER order from them again after this experience.Update - they finally refunded my purchase, but less the $9.95 they charged me to use the "Happy Returns" service. Does not change my review sentiments at all.

Horrible customer service… now I have no dress and no refund

In April 9th 2024 I ordered a dress from Three Birds Nest. It was $110, but I signed up for emails and got it for 88.00 plus tax (9.68) +19.95 shipping totalling 121.38. The dress arrived about a week later. I opened it up and tried it on and it didn’t fit whatsoever. I then immediately hung it in a closet. I don’t usually return items cuz I don’t want to go through the hassle and shipping costs but it was actually horrible on me. I checked out the return policy and went the next day to get an appropriate envelope to send it back and packaged/sealed it. On top of the 19.95 shipping they said I would have to pay another $30 to ship it back to them which I was prepared to pay. since my town doesn’t have DHL service I drove to take it to a shipment center on April 22 to return it. I never heard back from the company so on May 14 I sent a follow up email with the company asking about the status of my return. They said the dress was damaged by an “unremovable hair” (which it wasn’t as it was tried on once and it was in a sealed package the whole time I had it) and they could not return it. I replied how can a hair be unremovable. They said they could donate it to a shelter or I could pay another $30 to have it shipped back. I asked to speak in someone in management and send proof of this “unremovable hair” As I’ve already paid $50 in shipping I’m not paying another $30 to have them send it back. So now I have no dress and no refund. Terrible service! It is now May 22 and I still haven’t heard back, gotten a refund, gotten any proof…. Nothing. So don’t order from this company, I beg you. Update: June 2 I still have not heard back, gotten any proof or my money back. Went to the better business bureau so now I’m just waiting to hear back from them… They have now blocked me on all socials and are not responding to my emails so they still have my dress and my money and are unable to provide proof that it is “damaged” leading me to believe they don’t even have my dress anymore. They say to reach out directly, but that’s not going to do you any good if they don’t respond for 9 weeks.

I wanted to love this company

I wanted to love this company. The clothes are adorable. I ordered a dress and pants that I loved so much that I ordered pants for my daughter as well. They were too big so I lost a little money returning and rebuying them. (They don't do exchanges). This wasn't their fault but it did make the pants $100. While wearing them the 2nd time, the pockets and side seams started to come undone. We had hand washed the clothes like they suggest and hung them to dry. Athough they aren't SUPER expensive, $100 is a lot for me but the company wouldn't do anything after they were worn. They suggested I check for flaws before wearing them.....That's not the point. If they aren't quality enough to last more than 1 wearing, they aren't quality enough to buy. Especially for $100. I will say that costumer service was quick, as nice as could be in the situation and to the point but I won't be buying from them again. BTW, this all happened in less than a month from receiving, I think it may have actually been 2 weeks.

Amazing customer service and the clothing is absolutely gorgeous and comfortable! They have great deals, and sometimes 40% off the whole store… Love this, and it’s my new favorite place to shop for all of my clothes!
