Such a wonderful company. 💜 Beautiful clothes, great quality and the customer service is the best I've dealt with in a long time. Always so kind and professional, and they actually care, unlike big big stores who just want your money. 3BN loves their customers. I always receive my items quick and packaged so well. I wanted to love Three Birds Nest, but don’t do it. It’s so overpriced for the quality. Be sure to order a size up- after washing their clothing for the first time in cold water and hanging to dry, the clothing shrunk so much that I was not able to wear it again. I have tried ordering a few different times to give them the benefit of the doubt, but every time the clothing and material is just not worth it. I’d be more acceptable if the price was comparable to the quality, but it’s so overpriced for the horrible grade of clothing.
As some other have experienced, I was also provided a refund when I didn’t receive my package after 3 1/2 weeks. They offered me a refund but not on the duties and shipping.This is horrible customer service such a sketchy site do not order from them.
I ordered a fairly decent sized order off of this website after following their products and reviews for awhile. A few days after I placed my order I received my email with the shipping notice and tracking information. After continuing to monitor my tracking number for a few weeks after the shipping email their was no update to the shipping status. I then contacted the company to enquire and to let them know that I had not received my package. I then contacted the shipper and was informed that although a shipping label had been created the package had never been given to them for shipment. Which makes sense with the lack of movement that tracking displayed. I then received an email from the company stating that they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but would make an acceptation in this case. They offered a refund of the items I had ordered that were no longer available and to ship the ones that they still had in stock. I opted for a full refund and provided them with the information that the shipper had given me showing the package had never been given to them for shipment. Although the company did refund me they subtracted the shipping costs I had paid. BEWARE!! Very dissatisfied with the outcome of this company.
I've ordered a couple of times and found the whole experience pretty great and loved the items I purchased. The only downside is with their international return policy. I bought a dress in a size large, had to return and re-purchase in a separate order a size medium (they don't offer exchanges). Current policy for international returns - refunded the amt I paid for the dress, but not shipping/taxes and then there's a $30 fee for return. The dress I purchased was $93 CA, with shipping & taxes came to a total of $129 CA. My refund was only $63 - which just doesn't feel right, especially when I had reordered the dress in another size for $129 CA again. So, in actuality this dress has cost me $195. Thank goodness I love the dress! My hope is that TBN either a) opens a store in Canada or b) adjust their current international return policy to not be such a hit to their international customers. Unfortunately, this has made me wary of purchasing from their website, which is a bummer because I would purchase from them regularly otherwise.
I ordered a month ago. 150 usd. The tracking never tracked now my order isn't available. I ordered one before, it did take a while to get her so I figured probably the same. But that time taking and my order number at least worked. Although some of the sizing was weird and inconsistent. This time haven't received a stitch of my order.
