Review Time
I first ordered from this site a few years ago when items were a little more affordable. I just recently ordered again and I liked my clothing bc the styles are so cute BUT I realized most of the items were not worth what I paid for them once I received and saw the quality. The prices have gone way up at this company and just ridiculous for the quality… and I don’t understand it. They still carry some of the clothing I ordered a few years ago and it’s nearly tripled in price of what I paid and even some of the items I had to send back last month have gone up in price by 10-20 since I ordered a month ago!!! I was looking at a pair of shoes that I didn’t order last month with the rest of my items. They were 98$. Today, a month later, they’re 104$!!…. Why? And a thin little romper that is super cute but looks like anyone that is handy with a sewing machine could mismatch some fabric and sew it together and get the same result- instead of paying 80-100$ for a thin piece of clothing! I had my cart full of stuff to order over Labor Day and I’m not doing it. Who pays $60 for a pair of shorts that are sooooo thin??? I’ve been ordering from Quince and Pact instead. Way better quality and half the price. Boho style isn t supposed to be expensive!…3BN has become BOUGIE not BOHO.
The jumpsuit was super cute. I had the item for 8 days when I first washed it. I followed all instructions and the top (smocked) came completely apart. I reached out to the company and they said they don't return or exchange used clothes. So I paid over $60 for a one time, casual outfit. Don't shop here!As you can see by their reply, their clothes aren't cheap, are made poorly, and they don't stand behind their product. So if you want to throw away your money on a one time use outfit, shop here. If not, stick to better brands that care about their customers. An outfit should last beyond a grocery store visit and dinner.
Crap quality, for high prices. Been a customer for a couple of years no more. Cheap clothes, high prices, you have to pay to return even when clothing defective. They told me it was my fault for not inspecting the clothing closer (ie all seams apparently) before removing tags. Because they are a “small business” apparently quality inspection is not their job.
Return policy and customer service is awful they lost a returning customer over $10. I bought so many things off of this site and the only time I had to return a dress that was too big had a terrible experience. So a loyal returning customer contacts the customer service I literally returned my dress hours after receiving it because I wanted to reorder the right size. I get charged almost $8 return fee which I was fine with then I find out that they also charged me extra $10 shipping the dress back fee!!!!! So until now I paid shipping from and shipping to plus return fee so I’m out almost$28 for nothing then I told them I want to reorder though so I have to pay another $10 shipping?? And they said yes! I asked for at least a shipping free as I’m exchanging and it’s my first return and they refused so they want me to end up paying around $38 just for shipping cost. They don’t consider anything. So disappointed with how they handled the situation hope the $10 was worth losing a customer. Won’t be coming back.
For the price you would think it would have a good fabric. The inside of the so comfy wide cropped pants is rough. Style is cute but not that soft. I left them a review and they didn’t let it post. Probably because it wasn’t a good review. I could paid less and purchased from SHEIN and have the same quality or maybe even better.
They make you pay the shipping for returns and the shipping for new sizes. Would not recommend for anyone who doesn’t ALREADY know what size they wear from this company. It is very expensive to return/exchange items for the proper size. So now I have a skirt that I have to pay shipping for 3 TIMES ($7.95-9.95 each time) just in hopes to get the correct size or I am out $65. So essentially now the skirt’s total cost will be nearly $100 instead of $65 or I can return the skirt and lose nearly $20 in shipping costs just to try it on. Lame. Again, would not recommend to anyone who DOES NOT ALREADY KNOW their size from this online only retailer.
I bought a duster that arrived ripped on the back. I asked to return it for a new one due to the rip and was told no I'm sorry but your reply is not accurate. This kimono/duster was purchased in 2024. It also arrived ripped and was told your policy had changed and I was told I could not exchange for one that was not ripped and no refund could be applied. I had been a customer for over 5 years.
Beware their ridiculous charges for returning an item. Between the cost of shipping to send the item back and a restocking fee it cost me $20!!! They have no exchange policy. They expect you to just pay for shipping for a new item. I'll be staying away from this merchant in the future as their size guides are off too.
