Review Time
I have purchased over $1000 in products over the past month and a half. My most recent order was yesterday. After placing my order I saw on Instagram they are having 40% off of everything tomorrow. I emailed customer service and asked for a price adjustment. They said they can only do a price adjustment within 24 hours, not 48 hours. Really??? That’s how you’re going to treat a loyal customer who has placed five orders worth over $1000 in the past month and a half? You can’t give me a price adjustment? So then I asked them to cancel my order. They said they couldn’t cancel my order. Horrible customer service. That is not the way you do things. Also, they charge $7.95 to return an item. So if I return the order once I receive it it’s going to cost me money. I’m done with Three Bird Nest!
I have zero clue what all these bad reviews are about. The quality has been fantastic at the price point. The sales are great and I’m consistently asked where I got my outfits. Hand wash the stuff as directed. The model is 5’7. I can basically figure out where pants are going to fit my 5’4 frame by looking at the picture. Most of the stuff runs large…. However I always read the reviews. It has been consistent that I receive my orders within a week. Three birds nest? You’re my fav…. The clothes are so cute and just my style!
This company lies. I wrote a review on November 6 regarding this company changing my address on my order. They replied and said that my refund was applied on November 5. Not true. I reviewed my checking account and it was not returned till November 7 after my review was written. Don’t try to make it seem that my review is not credible. It is. I will never buy from your company again. Horrible customer service!!!
I can see why everyone has made a complaint about their customer service. I am so glad I didn't make a purchase before reaching out to today's customer service representative. They have a great sale going on. I had a ton of things in my cart before it was emptied twice totaling over $1000 when it was full, and was looking forward to making the purchase. The website is also frustrating because it emptied my cart twice. I asked the representative if she could pull my cart up, but that wasn't possible. I wrote to customer service about getting my additional 20% off since it would be my first time making a purchase. She flat out refused to honor that discount and said no one would including their manager. I don't know how she could speak for the manager. Now that I have found this page with the reviews, I get it. You would think when these reviews are so bad that they would go to certain lengths to get new customers. I also told her that it would be a large order, but that made no difference. I have worked retail for two different stores and we would treat our customers different. It's too bad they don't make the effort to do that. The majority of the stores I shop at will bend over backwards for their customers.The customer service representative told me that most stores don't do that. That is not the case.They've lost me as a customer. I'm glad I didn't order everything that I planned on because these reviews here are not good. My issue boils down to the principle. If they claim on their site that you go to you shops that you get 20% off when you are new, they should honor that.
Totaling $43.50 just in shipping charges for one paid of sweat pants. I ordered one pair and they were too large so I ordered the right size. I had to pay 3 times at $9.85 shipping per return. No exchanges. Then I did order two of the same size by mistake and they said sorry you have to pay shipping again. Now I am up to $43.85 for shipping for a pair of sweat pants. I cannot afford to buy from this company that I feel is a rip off and I am so pissed. Not customer friendly and of course there is only a chat button and you cannot speak to anyone and they just keep repeating themselves so that was of no help. I will never purchase from this company ever
I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews for this company...I never have a problem getting a hold of customer service. Everyone I have spoken with over the instant messaging and email has been so so kind. I bought a pair of shorts that were way too small and it actually said final sale but I figured I'd reach out and see if they could make an exception and wow guess what they did take it back!!! I have also had problems with orders before and they were emailing me back so fast and the problem was resolved instantly. All of the clothes I have bought have been great quality so I really am not sure what everyone is talking about...I love Three Bird Nest and everyone is always asking where my clothes are from when I wear them.
I have tried countless times to get ahold of SOMEONE ANYONE to help me without success I returned 3 of my 5 items I had to pay over $25.00 to return them not one person has reached out to me plus I have emailed again and again with no response I payed for my 5 items on a payment plan and they are STILL charging for ALL 5 items. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Really want to love this company but you better get it right. I placed an order and noticed when I got it there was an item I did not order and was charged for. So I went to return it and it said contact customer service so I did. I was accused of sending a dirty item back from a past order which I never did. I sent back a jumpsuit that didn't fit. I asked if the package may have been damaged and they said its in Texas we are in California so we don't know. They sent a photo which is nothing like what I sent to them. I sent the item after trying it on and it went back as I received it. It was new and nothing dirty or damaged. So now I am put on a list that in order to return I have to ship on my own which I priced at 22.00. Beware. I have ordered so much and have only returned two items out of 20. Can't talk with anyone either, only email or chat cause if you call they don't call back. Quality is just ok a bit expensive for the quality. I recently wore a jumpsuit and the black dye came off on my arms and hands even after it was washed. Again, quality is poor and customer service fair.Just be aware that its not great all the way around and too bad, really wanted to love them.
