Review Time
I was sent a top that was COMPLETELY different than what I ordered. It was $60. After a lot of hassle, I was credited for the top. I had to send pictures of the fabric content and the top. The top they sent me wasn't the same colors or the same fabric content! It was supposed to be 100% cotton pastel corals. It was 100% rayon in the ugliest combination of blues and greens and reds. They would not credit me for shipping because I ordered a $9 tank top too. This company is truly not aware of what you're ordering. It comes from China and is not checked.
I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife on December 14. The item finally arrived on 3 January that is 21 days that timeframe is far excessive contacted the company several times and they told me it was just the carriers are busy during the holidays well myself and my whole family ordered tons of stuff online and nothing took Much over a week to arrive. To further complicate things when they send you an email confirmation, it has an internal tracking link that tracking information was wrong three times told me the item was going to arrive on a particular day and it did not so the tracking just kept changing Day after day, I would advise anybody not to use this company as there are plenty more options out there. I gave the company several opportunities to make things right and they did not.
My Wife ordered a blouse that they called "red" and it was straight-up "orange". She's been gone tending to a very sick Mother on the East Coast for 6 weeks (she died 2 weeks ago) and didn't even open the package until Monday. They refused the "free return" because they stuck with the "she's outside the return window..." schtick, even after she explained the situation. OK...now they can reap what they sow.
Pretty awful customer service. They just keep repeating the same lines to you, but won't help with your return. You have to pay shipping both ways, and there "may be a processing fee". They sent me a bracelet that was so huge it would not stay on, and then claimed no responsibility. I would not recommend shopping with them. Buyer beware here. Horrible My order sat lost for almost a month and they made me wait 23 days to send a replacement Refused to upgrade shipping unless I paid more They do not respond to emails because " they are a growing business " the extra $5 for shipping they refused instead of losing a customer is ridiculous I will never order again
I thought the clothes were adorable and the prices weren’t too bad. However, it’s taken forever and I still have received no shipment details nor has customer service responded to my emails. I paid full price for 6 items but have nothing to show for it and am disappointed. I was really looking forward to my order.
I recently started ordering from Three bird nest and couldn't be more satisfied. The clothing is extremely well-made and super cute. The customer service is unparalleled in the industry. I have received answers to voicemails as well as emails which have been not only very thoughtful but also lengthy. I've never received such wonderful customer service from any other clothing company and I do a lot of online ordering. There is a lot of variety from kimonos to bralettes to shorts and everything in between. And oh, I found the site by once again shopping my favorite way. Someone walked by me wearing a pair of really comfy and cute pants. I immediately had to ask where she got them. The rest is history. I have placed at least six orders within three weeks. The jury is only out on two as-of-yet unresolved issues. I ordered over $2000 worth of product just prior to the Fourth of July. A few days later the entire site went on sale for 33% off for their Fourth of July sale. I've asked for price protection and I'm still waiting to hear back regarding that. Also, last night I placed a Bogo order and forgot to enter the code. I just replied to the order confirmation and I'm confident that this issue will resolved to my satisfaction. Highly recommend this site!
I was so excited to receive my first order, clothing looks beautiful. I accidentally shipped it to the wrong address and saw that the company had received the package of clothing back. I reached out to them and the package had been damaged but they offered to still honor the discount I was given on my first order and replace my items with clothing similar in style and value. I appreciate the good costumer service
I saw this company on a Facebook ad and ordered a dress. I usually wear a Med but based on their size chart, I ordered a Large (assuming it ran small based on their chart). I received the dress and it was so big! I was also disappointed in the quality of fabric. I paid $10 to have it shipped to me, and then I had to pay another $8 to send it back to them. I don’t think it should be the customer’s responsibility to pay for their inaccuracy. I wrote about my experience on their Facebook and Instagram, but they deleted my comments. I also submitted a review on the product itself, but they never published it. Seems shady to filter and censor bad reviews for their benefit. They clearly have no integrity or transparency. This is the first and last purchase I’ll make with them. The purpose of my reviews are to save someone else from the time, money, inconvenience. Wish I had seen a review to warn me, but maybe they deleted those. Very deceiving and misleading.
