Review Time
One item is too small and they won't let me exchange it, so now it's waisted money as I can't wear it. I love the clothing but it's frustrating because I didn't even try it on, I know it's too small and I just want the next size up. I understand I should've checked my order one more time that it was the right size but I still would've thought there's be a better exchange policy.
Item received, okay quality which is why I am giving a two star. However when I tried to return not only was I charged a return shipping fee of $7.95 (which fine I understand maybe that) but I was charged another $10 for a return fee to put money back to my card. So paid $51 only getting $33 absolutely ridiculous. Would never buy from them again.
I loved what I purchased but the quality was not there. I did make a return only to receive 1/2 refund of my purchase back. The package was very light and I paid for shipping. Will not by anything else from there. The total was $54 and I only got $24 back. Do not recommend.
My experience with this company is extremely poor. Twice I have been scammed. I purchased a dress that ripped the first time I wore it and when I reached out was told that It needed to reported damaged within 3 days but it wasn’t that it was damaged upon arrival it was such a bad quality that one wear it was ruined!!!! I love their style though so mistakenly I purchased a pair of leggings in a second order and today I wore them for the first time. They were COMPLETELY see through and by the end of the day COMPLETELY ripped through the crotch. I went to take them off and realized they ripped at the seam. This is one wear and they haven’t been washed. This is my second item that has ripped in the first wear. Their response the same as before. This site has a fraudulent return policy, poor customer service & terrible quality clothing.
Clothes were extremely overpriced for quality of the material. Items were fast fashion, not clothes that will last you for even a few years. Ended up returning my entire order because I was so disappointed in the quality. I’d compare to an overpriced forever 21.
I ordered on August 11 and it is August 23 and I still have not received my order on August 16. My order was supposedly sent to United States Postal Service in which it has now sat for six days and has not moved. I called both UPS and United States Postal Service both said that it is lost in the mail so I then Reached out to customer service at three bird nest and nobody wants to help me till 15 days of the initial last tracking which will now be till the end of August so I paid all that money for nothing. It will probably be another month or so before I either receive a refund if I’m lucky to receive any clothing, I’m very upset about the poor Customer Service and will not order from them again as they have proof, and I gave them all the information to show that my order was lost, and they also verified that they saw it .
I ordered pants from them for $53. They didn’t fit so I returned them and they only refunded me $35. When I asked why I was short $18 in my refund they claimed they will not pay for the shipping to or from them. So basically I just took $20 and threw it down the drain. I will never shop here again
Cute styles. Price is not appropriate for material, durability, or manufacturer cost. Very poorly made. I purchased over 170$ worth of items. All items snag easily or came with snags and are very thin material. Items either ripped or shrank after 1 wash, items are also see through, and no culturally diverse representation or body types. My body type matches the models and the clothes are just thin and baggy. Some of the bralettes are cute on, but have no support and sizes vary depending on bralette. I found similar ones at places like Rainbow and temu from similar and related manufacturers for 5$. Read who manufactures the clothing prior to purchasing.
I purchased the pants a few months ago hoping to wear in nice weather, wore 3 times then washed following instructions, huge bleach spots throughout pants after gentle cold cycle. I contacted customer support who just blew it off saying it was purchased a few months ago and they cant do anything. I do not recommend buying from this company, cheap quality that you cannot wash following instructions
