I never really liked going to the gym. I had started going to the gym a few times, but it never lasted. I found my job offered ThrivePass. I have a gym 5 doors down my job, so I tried it for the heck of it. Since I was giving me the opportunity to practically go for free if I went a certain amount of times a month. Long story short, after about 6 months, I lost over 60 lbs about a year ago. I've been able to maintain my weight since then!
Robyne Hass was very pleasant and very helpful. I was not aware of the correct process when using my FSA card and she gave me great directions. She ensured I was satisfied with my concerns and was not in a rush to disconnect my call. She is awesome.
Flex Payment Issue Solved!We had the pleasure of dealing with Robyne Haas on an issue we had when we submitted our flex payment. I used the Dropbox app on my phone to scan some receipts to them on 2-17-19. Our deadline was 3-1-19 to get them in and I thought we were good to go. Turns out that they received the scanned documents from me, but were unable to open them. This we didn't find out until after the 3-1-19 deadline....and first our claim was denied because of it but with the help of Robyne, she was able to get everything taken care of and was very prompt with her responses!!! Thank you Robyne and keep up your great customer service!!! Much appreciated!!!!
I have been working with ThrivePass for a number of years now for Select 105 and now benefits.
