Prior to ThrivePass acquiring FCI, we had a great relationship with our account and relationship managers. This great relationship continues. Anytime there is a change in reps, we continue to get great services. As a benefits administrator for my employees I cannot stress enough how amazing it is to have a responsive, caring group help when needed. Kudos go to Mark Todhunter and Shannon Mealy-McCarthy for being rock stars and always assisting our group when needed. I so appreciate you both!
I have had a great experience with ThrivePass on some medical reimbursement and I am very impressed with how responsive and easy to work with the professional team. Medical claim was big headache and time-consuming thing. Now I am glad to get amazing supports and response through phone call and also email from ThrivePass, which make job easier. Robyne went above and beyond to help me with correcting my crossover payment option and she provided me with the report that I need to submit to catch all of the office visit co-pays that I missed tracking for myself. I have had a lot of problems especially working with Jennifer. She constantly turned my card off which led to a lot of frustration on my part and a lack of concern on on hers. The reason this review gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because Robyne took over my account and she has been much more pleasant to work with. Thank you Robyne!
Cheryl Hawes is the best ! I call once a year for a refresher course on how ThrivePass works and the mechanics and she is always helpful and and listens to my questions and provides excellent responses and solutions. I know when I call - I'm going to be taken care of regardless of the issue. Thanks!
I love Thrivepass! They've made everything easy with their quick responses from the support team and any transaction with gyms, workout classes or reimbursement for fitness devices has always been a seamless process. I think all companies should have a wellness account like this one.
