Your app does not work

Your app does not work. It told me I needed to download a new version which I did but when you try to log in it just goes back to the same screen saying I need to download the new version....eternal loop!!Have to use other ticketing methods in future as I cannot access my tickets.

I managed to get tickets easily enough

I managed to get tickets easily enough. It would have been 5 stars if I could have selected seats, since they're all numbered/allocated anyway. That way I may have been able to buy them on my first attempt instead of refreshing for 15 minutes waiting to get closer to my preferred seats. Also, these tickets were not transferrable - tricky when buying a block of 5.

I hate the entry by mobile…

I hate the entry by mobile as I don't use a mobile. It doesn't save paper as I print the receipt to enable me to easily see our seat identities. Other bookers run smoothly with paper printed tickets.I must avoid Ticketmaster in future!

Extortionate fees

I really disliked having to pay over $5 in fees for a $30 ticket. It felt greedy and unnecessary and as if Ticketmaster controls the market and therefore can charge whatever it wants.

Everything was great but one query

Everything was great but i couldn’t see anywhere if I had to buy a ticket for a 14month year old. (which I did purchase a seat for) but he sat on our knees Don’t know if this is a Ticketmaster or a venue or a show decision

Firstly it was annoying

Firstly it was annoying, timewasting and expensive to book tickets for the World Choir Games. Booking multiple events - eg concerts and day competition sessions could not be done together but by individual transactions with the accompanying transaction fees. The later emails that were sent saying how the tickets should be shown using the Ticketmaster app didn't work. What is wrong with either printing them off or being able to show the ticket details on the cellphone email as proof? There is something wrong with your email address as on my computer it is is Ticketmaster .co.nz and ion my cellphone it was Ticketmaster.com so they the 2 devices were not compatible. Very frustrating. I would not use Ticketmaster by choice
