I bought extra Tickets by mistakes and contacted the team to help me for refund and contact centre team guided me so well even the lady who was on phone she actually took me through website to fill out the right form to get refund and advised me to contact fee days back to check progress and when I called them back after few days it was already under process for refund . Thank you 😊
The forwarding tickets process was a little time consuming and stressful but in the end I managed to figure out why it took me so long. I had to physically open the "term and conditions" and scroll downwards for it to take me to the following page.
It was really easy to choose my seats and payment was a breeze. The show was amazing my daughter and I had a great time. The staff at the theater was helpful and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the drinks and food options available. yes a bit on the pricier side but that's to be expected for a place like this. Thank you for a great experience!
Had a brilliant night very well organised, love the two starting groups Opshop in particular where right on point, then for the main event, John Farnham was just amazing hasn’t lost any of his humor or that amazing voice HaD the crowd rocking and all the support people where just fantastic no rubbish anywhere one of the very best concerts we have been too.
