my tickets from my android wallet app didn't read on the scanner upon entry. this cause a delay and requires me to sign into my tickmastwr account to use.the tickets from this app. I have a prepay phone had to use my 1 hour data to get into app to show tickets caused delays and cost me an hour of data
Mercury Rev were on the ticket but there was no notification that they weren't performing until I was at the event when Tablefox came on and let us know what was happening. On my way out there was a small poster on the door saying Mercury Rev wasn't playing which I didn't notice on my way in. There was nothing in your email the day of the event, either. Ride said that the Mercury Rev person who was unwell had been unwell for a few days and had already missed some shows, so it clearly wasn't sudden and unexpected. The main reason I wanted to go to the show was to see Mercury Rev - I'm a huge fan of Deserter's Songs. Why no notification or offer of refund?
Violinist Maxi Venegrove performed with NZSO 15/8/24, both brilliant. Well co ordinated night both worked well as a team, timing, touch excellent. Maxi showed robustness in his play yet soft & gentle when necessary. Facial expressions fit piece, and yet his dexterity in his finger placement superb, a brilliant classical performer.
