Holy cow this was WONDERFUL!!!! From the opening set & scene you ate delivered to a quaint country town in the 50's with a full cast song & dance routine that had my toes tapping and ears delighting. The choreography in this production needs particular praise ... its a feast. The main male character is super infatuated with himself so once you absorb his cheesy lines, you'll learn to love him. Big, hard laughs happen throughout, the characters are Atypical hapless love-lorn fools, but as a community, you just want to move there. Every single cast member acted a golden globe out of their roles - sublimely cast, the vocals are simply exceptional and the entire cast melodies are the stuff of dreams. Oh and the stage sets are constantly changing and wonderfully elaborate. Take a date or take your family - this is a brilliant production with a fabulous live 12 piece orchestra and a trip down memory lane that leaves you fully immersed in an entertainment experience that live theatre should bring. BRAVA!!
My sister and I had a great time. Our guide Stuart was knowledgable and answered all questions asked. Very friendly and patient with the group. Would thoroughly recommend this tour to all. Thanks for the opportunity to learn more about this icon of Sydney.
