Paid for a higher priced ticket but was allocated a 'regular' seat. Misrepresentation of product!

I purchased an aisle seat at a higher price than the regular seats in that section, however it was not an aisle seat! Do better Ticketmaster. If you are advertising a particular product, ensure you have systems in place to get that product.
