Great Experience overall

The venue is good but with a large open oval stadium controlling the sound is not easy. The music was loud enough and the instruments are clear but the vocals are not very clear which is difficult I guess. Otherwise it was excellent. The ticket process was great no issues at all.

I'm a huge fan of Metallica and wanted to buy good seats for my familyI was eligible for the presale but there was a limit of 2 tickets so I missed out on good seatsI had to wait for the general sale, by which time only the bad seats were availableI wanted to buy 6 ticketsWhen I went online to buy them, the website was too slowI tried to click 6 seats on the map but the website response time was too slowBy the time I clicked 6 seats, they had already been soldSo I had to start the transaction all over againBy wasting valuable time I missed out on the remaining decent seatsI was only able to purchase the worst seats in the uppermost tierDisappointing result even though I registered for the presales and spent heaps of time in the queue

Great service!

I had no trouble changing the date of my ticket and getting a refund for shows that 8 could not attend. Ticketmaster were easy to deal with, prompt with their response and reasonable with my requests. Thank you Ticketmaster.
