For the most part the ticket buying process is smooth and easy. This time there didn't appear to be an option for mobile tickets, we had to print them.

it was very difficult to register and book

it was very difficult to register for Ticketmaster and when registered I had to try several times to make a booking. I was never sure whether my attempt had been successful.

The seats I chose were just right for…

The seats I chose were just right for my 89 year old mother to be able to get a wonderful view and a relatively easy access. Staff at the venue were all very friendly & helpful.

Hi...our concert was great...but I found the print at home option impossible. I do not have a printer and went to the local library...neither I nor the man helping me could work out how to print tickets. I then went to get help from someone at a theatre venue near us and neither of those people ..could work it out either... don't know what was happening. Fortunately, the venue allowed us to enter using our email confirmation
