I didn't attend this concert and would…

I didn't attend this concert and would like a refund for the following reasons 1) My VIP package itinerary wasn't emailed to me until 7:18pm on Sunday 10 March making it impossible for me to move my client schedules to accommodate leaving in time, 2) We have had a major weather event over the weekend of 7-10 March (TC Alfred) and there was limited car parking available in Brisbane CBD and no public transport from Logan Shire to Brisbane CBD available.

I was trying to see if the concert was relocated or cancelled after TC Alfred and the news was very late coming for people from out of town with accommodation booked.I tried asking your help bot and it repeatedly asked the same question, said "Got it, connecting you now" then went nowhere for minutes, this process repeated numerous times. It was feeling like Pandemonium Rocks all over again.

Disappointed

I was really disappointed the show was not rescheduled due to the impacts of Cyclone Alfred. There were a lot of us that couldn't make the show because of flooding, power outages and debris from fallen trees. It seemed like the promoter had no empathy and consideration for the many people impacted. There were people coming from interstate and they had to cancel flights and accommodation before Monday. The late notice provided on Monday evening, by both the promoter and Ticketmaster was not helpful for anyone. Having a lot of people converge on a city that was also suffering from the impacts of Alfred seemed a little insensitive and off the mark. The strict no refund policy was unbelievable and unfair. Under normal circumstances, I understand the policy but in a terrible weather situation the South East was experiencing, this strict policy seemed tone deaf. Particularly when people were struggling with the damage caused and the stresses of not being able to physically get to the concert. This strict policy just added to the stress. I will definitely think twice before booking a show through Ticketmaster again. If I do, I will only do so if there is a more reasonable refund policy.

Amazing show, very cramped venue...very nostalgic im sure, but not a comfortable experience for amenities, entry, exit etc.
