Booing tickets was easy and happy with the process except I couldn’t print the tickets on my IPhone. Very frustrating. I could even save the tickets to my wallet. Please update the system to make it easier to use digital tickets
We weren’t aloud back in after having to leave urgently to tend to our new born baby. This is very disappointing as we paid for tickets and then weren’t aloud back in. We had only just seen a snippet of the start and to not let us back in when we had paid is not good enough. In these cercumstances you must understand.
My account was paused during a critical time to purchase basketball finals tickets and there was no way that we could access it.Together with the very clunky interface that we face each time we try to purchase tickets. Not very user friendly.
Amazing night out at Green Day! Despite the massive 60,000 strong crowd at Marvel Stadium, entry was surprisingly smooth and hassle free. Tapping my ticket for quick access was a great touch, super convenient and seamless. A memerable experience all around!
Not ticketmasters fault but can't believe they could charge $80 for our restricted viewing seats. Lucky ran into a friend who's son had a busted ankle and was on crutches and couldn't use their seats right up the top. So very nicely gave us his seats. Was awesome
I was looking forward to see this show Jesus Christ Superstar but was very disappointed I was expecting a broadway type , dialogue should be based more on scriptures , and music is more solemn. I am a Christian and I find this is blasphemy the show didn’t really honor and glorify the sacrifices of our creator &Saviour. I hate the loud noise of the guitar like a gnashing teeth listening to it. I’ve seen 3 broadway shows of the Jesus Christ Superstar way back when I was in high school and college and really enjoyed.
