A good experience except that gates needed to open earlier.

A good experience except that the venue needed to open earlier as a lot of us missed the first act. Gates opened at 12.30 and the first act was on at 1.10. With bag checking it was impossible to get those who were there at opening time through the gates to see the first act. Suggest opening at 12.

Ticketmaster - good service

I found Ticketmaster provided a good service for purchasing and delivery Tickets for the show. However, it seemed that I had no option but to download the app in order to get the tickets on my phone. I didn't really want to download another app.

The whole concept of the show

The whole concept of the show, its performers, staging etc were simply fantastic!! The characters were superb as were the dancers and all performers!! My only suggest would be to have the merch shop open all hours thru the day- I’d have bought more the next day!!

Great concert and easy ticketing.

Overall everything went smoothly. The only complaint was parking. Luckily we were early and found a spot on the Esplanade as the car park next to the Palais was closed due to another event. It would have been nice to know in advance.

Secured great seats to our show during Pre-Sale

Secured great seats to our show during Ticketmaster's pre-sale. Also opted for an excellent dining/show package. Unfortunately, the ticket system for the dining was confusing, as in my Ticketmaster account, it showed that there was a ticket for the dining, but the option to print was greyed out. I queried this with Ticketmaster's Help Line who kept giving me tips on how to print out my tickets for the show. On the third attempt to clarify, I was informed to just show my receipt for the dining package at the venue. In regards to the show itself, it was excellent, however, we nearly missed the start because our print-at-home tickets would not scan correctly and we had to go to the service desk (having spent ages in the queue to get in). I have never had a problem with this before. The usher said the tickets were scanning as having been used! I had to RUN downstairs in a panic thinking I would not be allowed in at the start. There was also another show-goer at the counter who had the exact same problem. I managed to get back up the stairs just as the doors were shutting. As you can imagine, this put a bit of a dampener on the show at the beginning. Lesson learnt. ALWAYS choose digital tickets and add them to your e-wallet.
