I have been waiting for a refund now…

I have been waiting for a refund now from August 21 they keep emailing me with lies first they said they would refund me one month before the concert that came and went they then said it will be one month from the new date that sealed by the concert was last week they then said it's being processed that was over a week ago now a email today to say there now waiting on the promotors to give the go ahead just lies I would look over it if it was £50 Or something but it's £337 pounds ffs people should wait until the day before a concert before buying

SCAMMERS. My tickets were somehow revoked and I was not allowed to enter the venue, so I missed the concert. I lost nearly 200€ because of them and they are saying NOTHING. Would not recommend. It's really unfortunate since it's the official ticketmaster and people are pretty much forced to buy from them.

I bought ticket months ago for "Pista"…

I bought ticket months ago for "Pista" to really embrace the concert... But then, and without any explanation, I have been told that I had 2 options : getting a refund or accepting a "better place". Please note the better place I received today is a sit place, far far far away from the sage. So maybe, in terms of price, that's a better offer, but in terms of experience, that will ruin my concert. Knowing that I'll go to Spain especially for this event. Worst experience ever.

Refunded in time no problems

After reading some of the reviews I was very worried about my refund for the cancelled foofighters tour. I emailed to ask about the refund and was told that the money would be refunded from the 4th April and on the 9th April the money was in my bank. So I can't complain at all about the service I received. Very good

SCAMMERS all around. Bought 3 tix voor BCN ROCKFEST 2020 in 2019. Since we are from Holland and have fosterkids it was quite a puzzle to arrange things. Due to Covid it was cancled wich we totaly understand. But we canceled the tickets right away, wich we are legaly able to. For workreasons and the fosterkids we were not able to arrange things again. So we cancled in Juni 2020 true the special refundforms, true email, true contactforms, true social media etc etc. We are almost 2 YRS!!! later. They won't ever react to us, nothing. No confirmation the tix are cancled, no money, no reactions NOTHING.So if you know whats good for you??? Stay the ..... away from ticketmaster.es!!!! THIEVES IS WHAT THEY ARE!!!

Pandemic vaccinations and keeping my money

Unvaccinated & unable to get vaccinated due to allergic reaction. Everyone refunded my monies for this trip but Ticketmaster!! In a pandemic & Ticketmaster is not caring & thinks they should get to keep my $1500 even tho I’m not coming to this show. The opening acts even changed their minds about appearing!! So now I have to sit and hope & pray that everyone else’s good time is cancelled due to the pandemic or a natural disaster or some other happening so I can get a refund! Such crap! Sorry I was a loyal customer to Ticketmaster for 35 years! No more! Telling everyone in the hope that they don’t use Ticketmaster.

take advantage of covid to keep your money

they want to keep the money from my gift voucher because they refused to extend the expiry date. i was not able to come to any gig due to coronavirus. no considerations, no flexibility, bad culture

Unable to process refunds

I asked for a refund for the event MadCool that has been cancelled 2 times. The request was made filling a form in which you can indicate if you want to get the amount in the same credit card or if you prefer a different card.I had to ask refund to another bank account because I changed Bank institute. They issued a refund to my old bank account even if I provided a different IBAN as proposed on their form!!
