I bought 2 tickets to the stray kids…

I bought 2 tickets to the stray kids concert. But I got cancelled. And Ticketmaster only refunded one of the tickets. So I’m mad to say the least. So now I’m trying here to see if I can get them to refund the second ticket. Because those tickets where so expensive
