DO NOT BUY WITH TICKETMASTER! As I bought the tickets for Ed Sheeran concert in Madrid when I entered my account online the system said I could only access the tickets from the online app which I could not download being in another country. How the hell is it possible that I cannot just access my tickets from the account online that I created? they have my information, I paid for those tickets! and this is something that I heard from a lot of people happening in the last months with TivketMaster....DO NOT BUY WITH TICKETMASTER defintely!

Fan to Fan blocked for Andorran users — no refund, no help

I purchased Ed Sheeran tickets from Ticketmaster España in good faith using my Andorran phone number and address — both accepted during account creation and purchase.However, when I later tried to resell the tickets through their official “Fan to Fan” platform, I discovered that the system blocks all SMS verifications to Andorran numbers. This made it impossible for me to access the resale feature.Customer service first told me to “wait a few weeks,” then suggested I borrow a number from another country — which is clearly not a valid solution. Despite following up multiple times and escalating, I’ve only received generic or automated replies. No real person has taken responsibility, and no refund or manual resale option has been offered.I have documented everything, and the Terms and Conditions do not warn of this technical restriction. I’ve now filed an official consumer complaint through Spanish authorities.This is a case of digital exclusion, a lack of transparency, and unacceptable customer service from a global company.

I want to sell my tickets

I want to sell my tickets, but after clicking the "Sell" button, I do not receive an SMS on my phone number. This issue has been going on for over a 2 month! From the Spanish support team, I keep receiving useless answers like: "Slovenian phone numbers are blocked, find someone you know in another country and give us their number." This is not helpful at all! Time is passing, and I might not be able to sell my tickets before the concert! This is the worst experience of my life!!! Ticketmaster is a disaster!

We did not receive informative emails in the common language, only received in spanish. Door opening time and suggestions were missing.

I never received my golden ticket gift ticket VIP…

I never received my golden ticket VIP package, I was escorted straight to my seat at the venue, as I am of limited mobility I could not possibly climb the steps to go back to the entrance, also entrance door numbers were changed at the last minute causing more confusion and frustration 🫤
