We were there with the six of us, with our 4 children between 22 and 13 and we all loved it. The show was amazing! Great experience!The information given in the days before was very useful. We couldn't reach the tickets in the app on the day (I guess because a lot of People needed to access the app to show the tickets?) but fortunately the help button in the app still made it possible to access the tickets easily. The parking and the walk to the stadium was very easy and well organized.It was a great day!
The purchase process went smoothly, without any issues. After purchasing the tickets, I also wanted to purchase a parking pass and was able to do so without any problems (offline). However, I have the following organizational questions:- Since the parking lots were always empty (on the day of the show and on previous days) why was parking only allowed on the day of the show after 3:00 PM? In my case, to avoid so much confusion, I went to the stadium area in the morning. I had to park nearby, take the subway to the stadium, and then, around 3:00 PM, take the subway again to pick up my car, and only then park it in the parking lot in Park B.- In addition to the email notification, there should have been clear information on the venue about the opening times. The staff were unclear and gave incorrect times (I'm Portuguese and only speak Portuguese and English and, in most of the cases they only speak Spanish), causing thousands of people to wait in line for hours in the sun, simply because they said the doors would open earlier than they actually did (6:30 PM).- Living in Portugal and using the Portuguese Play Store, it doesn't allow me to install the Ticketmaster app; I would have to use my phone's browser to display the tickets. However, I ended up adding them to Google Wallet and used them without any problems.- Since tickets are only digital, if there were any internet issues or my phone's battery ran out, it would have been impossible to enter the event... I think you should consider a printed ticket alternative.- Since the event is in Spain, and the group has several members fluent in English, they should have asked for English, not Korean, even if they would have to translate into Spanish later.
Communication was poor, especially for non-Spanish speakers. Many staff members did not assist English-speaking attendees.The numbering system was not followed properly, leading to confusion and crowding.There was no separation between VIP and GA pits, which led to dangerous pushing. A visibly intoxicated man even made his way forward without intervention from the security team.Many attendees, both international and Spanish, expressed similar dissatisfaction with the event’s management. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve the experience for future concerts, especially for international guests.
