I contacted you immediately when Kiss in Madrid was rescheduled from last year to July 4th this year to say I would not be able to go and requested a refund. I was told to fill in a form and wait. Even though the rescheduled gig (which I could not attend) has now been cancelled too, I still have not had a refund. I have e-mailed several times and not heard anything. Ticketmaster UK have been superb re refunds etc, Ticketmaster Spain are completely different. I will wait a few weeks more and will be seeking legal advice, I cannot afford to lose nearly £200.

Denied refund.

Foo fighters rearranged 3 times. (We know why) asked for a refund after being told it is now June 2022. Absolutely no way they would do it, and then no response to emails. Had the balls to ask what I thought of there service 🙈🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ Useless.

I agree they are a disgrace. We bought tickets to see a concert in May 2020 in Spain in the height of the pandemic. The date of the concert has changed TWICE since then and they wont give us a refund stating that we had to have requested a refund in 14 days of them informing us of the change of date. NOWHERE on the email they sent did it state this time period. AVOID.

Covid 19 Handling Disgraceful

Ticketmaster are con artists. I purchased tickets for Alicia Keys in Barcelona, and emailed them to ask how I could get a refund when the dates were cancelled, to which the replied that I would hear back from them, and not to contact. I then received another email saying that my tickets had rolled over, and when I contacted them around cancelling they said that the period of cancellation had past. I did not have any notice to request a refund for the gig, and I still haven't received a reply regarding my latest request.

Refund for tickets

Foo Fighters concert rescheduled for 12 month later in Valencia. After all this covid problems i realise that i am high risk because of an auto immune condition I have so i explained that going to concerts no matter how well controlled is not a safe option for me. Ive requested a refund on my tickets but have heard nothing back on this subject. They did respond to my initial request after a month but was just to tell me to keep the tickets for the rescheduled show - ive emailed them 4 more times but have received nothing back.Very frustrating Ticketmaster get in contact with me asap to resolve this

Refusing refunds on rescheduled…

Refusing refunds on rescheduled concerts is terrible service. I booked tickets for Bon Iver in Madrid, due to Corona it's been rescheduled for January and no refunds available. So I have two useless tickets now.
