Review Time
I thought i bought a ticket, however when i pressed pay i got an error message saying that there were no tickets available. I then refreshed and another ticket popped up, I tried buying that one. With that one I eventually got a confirmation page, so eventually I went to my account. Now it seems you guys extracted money for the first ticket and the second one. In my account I now have 2 tickets under my name. The website has a problem that misled me into getting 2 instead of one. I got print screens that prove all of this, as well as their website giving me no confirmation page after purchasing.I have noticed the malicious act Ticketmaster does to avoid getting responsibility and helping their costumers, by:- Dodging any wrong doings by giving tips regarding "cleaning Cache" (Bizarre for someone with some tech knowledge)- Not replying to emails- Having no form of direct communication.- The event is in Spain, therefore I would have to spend money on my cell phone carrier. Guess what? I did and their number is unavailable. That leaves us with Email and their twitter. Now, on twitter there's not an official way to get in contact with the Spanish team, the only info they give you is to submit a request.I submited 2 requests, 1 formal email, 1 follow up reply to get updates. No change :)- US website has the option to communicate by chat, Ticketmaster Spain Removed that. How convenientAll in all, if there's any problem with your ticket, you are out of luck. You are depending on a middle man that only wants to make money out of the events at the end of the day. The website has multiple sign-in problems reported by users (Imagine being at the door and their website not working - You can only show the QR code that they have on the buggy website/app) Theres no direct and easy access to a PDF file on purpose.I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs, try to put pressure on artists to work directly with the consumer or work with a company that actually works.They prey on people that eventually don't bother getting in contact with them, since its so difficult, so that they don't have to help.
Ticketmaster is the worst company in the world. They charge outrageous fees, and still can't properly provide the service they're designed to provide. I registered and received a code to access Pearl Jam tickets, waited in their queue, and when my turn came, there was nowhere to put in the code. Only a broken loop saying I needed a code to access the tickets. It doesn't get any worse than Ticketmaster.
