I recently had an issue with my Monza GP 2026 tickets and contacted TicketOne customer support for help. I am genuinely impressed with how professional, patient, and supportive their team was throughout the entire process.Even though the situation was a bit complicated, they took the time to guide me clearly, respond quickly, and offer an exceptional solution. I do not recommend ! I have ordered 4 membership cards payd for a express delivery and till this day i didnt recive cards its over a month and customer service went silent Like they dont exist... Waste of money.UPDATEAfter this review I have recived refund.

Excellent International Assistance in Spanish

The customer service representative went above and beyond via an international call and provided service in Spanish. He was very polite and stayed with me at all times guiding every step during the call until my account was adequately validated.The issue was solved and I was able to purchase the tickets I wanted for my upcoming trip, even when I live in Puerto Rico.

Pierre (I think that’s what his name) was very patient with us. He helped us with getting registered and even assisted with ticket seat options as we are first time tennis tournament goers. He was helpful and gave us good service.

Do not get tickets through Ticketone

Do not get tickets through Ticketone. It just doesn't work. I bought tickets for a game in Napoli the day before the game and paid about 225 euros.I never got the electronic tickets (QR code). I have missed the first 30 minutes of the game, and I only got into the stadium after I talked to the manager of the stadium stewards.I repeat: do not buy tickets through TicketOne

Greedy company and bad service

We had tickets to visit the ruins of Pompeii, but we couldn't make it due to the railway strikes and decided to go the next day instead. They were unwilling to change our ticket and we had to buy new ones. This is no doubt in their terms, but it is greedy nonetheless. DO NOT RECOMMEND.RESONSE TO REPLY: Yeah I already mentioned that didn't I? What I am criticizing is your lack of flexibility to help out a customer who faces an issue. If it was a onetime event like a concert I would get it, but common it's to ruins that were still there the next day.
